Commission-Based Sales Representative

Compensation: Commission-based (Earn up to 15% of all sales generated)

BrightEye Promotions is a custom imprinted promotional products company based in Oswego, Illinois. We help businesses enhance their brand visibility with high-quality promotional items, such as custom t-shirts, tumblers, bags, and more.
Position Overview:
We're looking for driven, enthusiastic sales representatives who are passionate about helping businesses grow their brands through promotional products. Candidates must be willing to be outgoing and comfortable meeting with people/companies/organizations. This is a commission-only position, with excellent earning potential and flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients within various industries (restaurants, schools, businesses, events, etc.).
- Promote our wide range of promotional products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the BrightEye Promotions team for product recommendations and pricing information.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
